FREE DELIVERY AUSTRALIA-WIDE
Every Orda order ships free within Australia. We currently deliver to Australian addresses only.

PROCESSING
Orders are usually sent to our Australian suppliers for dispatch within 1–3 business days.

DELIVERY TIMES
Each product page shows an estimated delivery time. Most orders arrive within 5–12 business days of dispatch (excluding weekends and public holidays). Regional and remote areas may take longer.

TRACKING
We'll email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

MULTIPLE ITEMS
Items may come from different suppliers and arrive separately.

REMOTE AREAS
A few remote locations can't be serviced for some larger items. If this affects your order, we'll contact you and refund you in full.

DELAYS
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, contact us via the Contact page and we'll follow it up.
